295. Why are you making it hard for clients to pay you?

This week we dive into the big question, why are you making it hard for clients to pay you? 
Recently, I really wanted to work with somebody and I couldn't find a way to grab them for, like, an hour and so this episode comes off the back of, why is it hard for me to give people money?
Are you making it hard for your clients to give you money? Are you leaving money on the table when you could create something that's so super quick and easy that it brings in $1000 extra dollars in your business?
That's what we're talking about in today's episode, let's talk about why you're making it hard for people to give you money. 
I'm sharing:
Using tools like Calendly to make it easy for clients to schedule appointments and give you money.
Before committing to long-term coaching programs, offer strategy sessions.
Embracing technology to make it easy for people to give you money and book appointments. 
Consider offering VIP days or 2-hour intensives as bigger options for clients who want a more in-depth experience. The choice between the two depends on your energy and alignment with your services.

Today I'm chatting with the ever-fabulous Iolanthe Gabrie, Director of Melbourne-based social media agency Ruby Assembly. She's a senior communications strategist and business mentor, Iolanthe views female business ownership as an essentially empowering feminist act.

Let's talk about some of the things you can do to keep building your confidence in business as you evolve and grow.
I know through conversations with clients and conversations with groups when I speak that confidence is always a big topic - but I want to flip it and say that when we learn to manage our thinking, confidence is a byproduct of that.
There are 6 things I want to share with you today.
Understanding that our brain naturally has a negative bias
That your brain is not actually you and you choose to accept or reject thoughts
When we have intentional thought creation we'll achieve more of the things we want because we're fuelling ourselves with the thoughts we need
That self-validation is one of the most powerful practices and tools you can build in your business and life
Understanding your growth edges
and as always embedding all these things with professional practices mean you're working on them regularly!
When you understand how your mind works, how you can manage it and how you optimise it for your own success, that's when you become unstoppable.
