This week a bonus podcast because I was really prompted to share this message with you. I was listening to the Lady Startup podcast's interview with The Dinner Ladies talking about the fact that after 4 years in business they were still just breaking even. There is this expectation that when you get into business it's all just going to work from the start and if you're not a millionaire in the first 12 months then something must be wrong. I think it's important to talk about what the journey could look like and to be honest but it does look like a lot of the time - and it may not be what you think! We're talking about the fact that fast & easy business success is a myth.Do what you have to in order to keep goingIf you're in business and you're not where you want to ensure you have the right strategy in placeEvolve your business over time and know that it won't look the same over timeSurround yourself with the right peopleBuild your brand
