Is the quality and quantity of what you're putting out there getting you the results you want? This topic came up after a conversation with someone in my community, and it got me thinking. In this episode, I talk about the truth about quantity and quality when it comes to your business.
We're chatting about:
Assess if the quantity and quality of your content is getting you the results you want.
Don't limit yourself when you have ideas to share. Create and publish when you feel inspired.
Find a balance between quality and quantity that works for you and your goals.
Be honest with yourself about whether you're willing to put in the extra work to reach your dreams.
Remember, it's not about hustling or burning out. There's a middle ground where you can potentially double your revenue, clients, and impact. But if you're already putting in the work and not seeing results, it's time to reassess the quality of your content and messaging.
So, let's get out of our own way and start showing up in a bigger way.

In today's episode, we're talking about money and how you can think about earning it based on where you are in your business journey.
As business owners, this is something we need to think about a lot.
We're covering:
Understand the three stages of business: building, consolidating and elevating, and asset optimisation. Each stage requires a different approach to earning money and building your brand.
In the build stage, get clear on your brand, ideal clients, and pricing. Don't undercharge or work for free, even if you're just starting out. Back yourself and charge what you're worth.
When consolidating and elevating, review and cull what's not working, increase your prices, and work with fewer clients at a higher price point. Consider creating monthly recurring revenue through subscriptions, but charge well for it to ensure customer engagement.
At the asset optimisation stage, focus on making your products and services better, refining your sales strategy, and implementing evergreen strategies. Build your brand to magnetise your audience and bring them into your offerings. As a solopreneur, prioritize sales and marketing to generate more revenue and invest back into your business.
If you're a solopreneur, sales and marketing is your role. You need to have a clear strategy to generate more revenue, increase cash flow, and invest back into the business.

This week I'm chatting with Rowena Preddy about thinking outside the brand box to stand out.
Rowena has not only done the branding for my BVC (Bold Vibes Consulting) business, but she's also gone through her own journey of building a brand and business that truly works for her. I loved picking her brain on this topic and wanted to share some of the key lessons.
Here are the key takeaways from our conversation:
Get really comfortable with embracing your weird things: Celebrate your standout points instead of shrinking or hiding them. When you embrace the uniqueness that makes YOU you, it gives clients permission to embrace their own weird wonderfulness too.
Design your brand for the vision you have of your future self and business. That way your brand can grow with you instead of having to redesign it from scratch later!
Align your visual branding with your message and values across the board.
Branding is supposed to make your business life EASIER and more fun!

This week I'm chatting with Elise Daniels about building an engaged community.
We discuss the importance of authenticity, vulnerability, and experimentation in building an engaged community.

It Takes Time: Building an engaged community takes time. It's not something that happens overnight. It requires consistent effort, commitment, and a willingness to show up day after day, even when it feels hard.
Elise Danielle is Dog-mum to two cheeky Labradoodles, book nerd, highly extroverted-introvert and online biz mentor + mindset coach who’s totally obsessed with helping you scale to 10k months, turn your soul purpose into a business that creates profit bigger than your wildest dreams.
After trying out the traditional path and working as a Marketing Manager for a large upscale restaurant chain she moved across the world to follow the love of her life with exactly zero dollars and zero business experience and dove headfirst into the world of entrepreneurship with her first biz, and then another and then another.
After a LOT of fumbles and failures, she found her footing and landed in her soul purpose, combining her BA in psych degree, years of marketing + PR and yoga + meditation teaching experience and in just 5 years has grown her company to over 1.3 million whilst supporting her clients to generate collective millions.

Take risks & leave no stone unturned when you're going after big things
You make your own opportunities, don't wait for others to give them to you. No one is coming to save you in business, you have to do that yourself
There are always people who will help you and support you, but you also have to be brave enough to ask for help when you need it. Find your inner circle who you can laugh and cry with, who will just listen & be there when you need them.
You will never be great at everything. Stick with your zone of genius, learn as much as you can and hire for your weaknesses
Grit, focus, tenacity & determination matter when times get tough. Having ups & downs in business is normal. Learn to ride the rollercoaster. Learn to bounce back fast from failure. Building a business is lined with failure and epic lessons- expect it all
Be curious & hungry to keep learning and growing, your business can grow to the extent you're willing to grow personally. Keep pushing yourself to explore new ideas and test new things, business gets pretty stale if you stand still.
Doing things even when you don't feel like it, is what separates success and failure.
Clients & friends will come and go. Value everyone, but don't live in the past and don't hold onto things that don't help you move forward.
Find space for rest, reflection and peace. Work to live (which I know so many biz owners struggle with). Your business is something you do, it's not who you are.
Back yourself - EVERY-SINGLE-DAY. Don't look for external validation, learn to find that in yourself.
